POSITION: Strategy Leader - Subject Matter Expert

SALARY:? $160-180K + 25% Bonus

LOCATION: Home Based ? It can be based near any major airports.

DEGREE:? Required

EXPERIENCE: 10-15 Years experience in one of 5 verticals listed below with a background in Strategic, Business, and Market Development

TRAVEL: Up to 50%

So what are we looking for?

Experts in one of these three verticals (Retail Operations, Logistics/3PL, Supply Chain, Healthcare (Hospitals etc) OR Utilities)

What will the expert do for this company:? They will be a liaison between the customer and the company.? They will work with sales, strategic development, marketing, and operations to bring what the customers are looking for to the customer.? This is a position with a high degree of ambiguity. They need to want to be engaged and involved in the success of the business and really work with the business units to define the success.?

This is a support role ? no direct reports.?

General Description

This role will be responsible for developing and driving client strategies throughout the year to ensure persistency and profitable growth metrics are achieved. This may include (but is not limited to) delivering and defending renewals, developing new product (cross-sell, up-sell, etc.) recommendations and competitor strategies to the business unit

  • Works closely with the Sales, Implementation Manager, and internal support resources in order to develop an effective and efficient strategy and workflow for new and existing business.
  • Develops and manages client strategies to ensure persistency and profitable growth.
  • Leads the client strategy for assigned customers. This includes managing applicable internal partners, reviewing and negotiating the financials and ultimately presenting and successfully deliver the renewal to the customer
  • Achieves or exceeds assigned metrics for client persistency, new customer/product implementations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Serves as a Company leader and subject matter expert, in the areas of RFP response development, competitive positioning and other internal key subject areas as required.
  • Proactively identifies cross sell opportunities (additional lines of business) to existing clients.

Education, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor?s Degree required
  • 10-15 Years SME experience in one of the three major verticals.
  • Experience working through cross functional teams and be able to work with C-Level Stakeholders.
  • Someone that is data driven and understands and looks at data to determine strategies moving forward.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in using basic Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, deal with tight deadlines and demonstrate superior analytical and problem solving skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
