Responsibilities

?Outside Sales Representative?-?Radiant Heating and Plumbing

REHAU Incorporated, a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an ambitious and experienced Outside Sales Representative?for our Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit. The Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit is dedicated to bringing high quality PEX polymer piping systems to the American marketplace. This is a home based position with a?sales territory that?includes Southern California

Specific job responsibilities for the Outside Sales Representative include:

  • Develop sales territory by managing customer accounts, distribution partners and technical assistants
  • Develop new business by signing additional distribution, converting contractors to REHAU products, and creating pull-through business with project bidding
  • Create market demand by presenting REHAU products and solutions to engineers and general contractors
  • Generate sales volume by identifying and tracking commercial/residential projects
  • Conduct regional training seminars to distribution, end-users and engineers
  • Maintain customer database via Salesforce.com, including visits and opportunities


Qualifications

?Outside Sales Representative?-?Radiant Heating and Plumbing

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or?equivalent?level of experience
  • Five?or more years of technical sales experience in the heating and plumbing industry preferred
  • Knowledge of hydronics and radiant systems preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Team player who works well individually, as well as part of a team
  • Proven ability to set and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to travel

REHAU offers excellent benefits and salary commensurate with experience. Compensation consists of salary plus sales incentive and car allowance.?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
