Solution Consultant - Field Enterprise, East

Position Responsibilities:
Work directly with large enterprise prospects/clients to learn and document their major business challenges
Credibly describe & demonstrate solutions such that prospects see their top-of-mind problems being resolved
Provide technical overview of product architecture, functionality, data requirements and integration with other enterprise applications
Deliver product and technical related responses to RFPs/RFIs
Support 1-2 sales professionals through direct client interaction evoking confidence in our products and platform and removing all technical objections throughout the sales cycle
Build Technical Value Impact Roadmaps for customers, which leverage investment, approach, and potential system advantages that help answer the "Why Now?" question for a customer
Partner with Account Executives to define sales strategy for accounts
Act as principal sales liaison to global services, decision engineering, product engineering, and marketing departments in communicating customer requirements and information
Establish pre-trial/pilot key success criteria (objectives, baseline metrics, goals, agenda, duration, etc.)
Promote SC team education, enablement and knowledge sharing
Partner with Account Lead to update the weekly sales pipeline
Travel to prospect/customer sites in the U.S. (Expected Travel up to 70%)
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of a particular product within the portfolio:
Engage in any sales cycle to provide strategy and support (even if they do not own the number)
Communicate with engineering to ensure Win/Loss information is gathered
Prepare & execute trainings for the Solution Consulting team and Sales Team, as needed, in areas of subject matter expertise
Prepare and deliver onboarding/training material in areas of subject matter expertise
Position Qualifications:
6+ years previous experience as a Solution Consultant with proven track record in software, SaaS or similar industries
Previous experience leading pre-sales engagement process with prospects and the ability to contribute to accelerated sales cycle
Experience with SaaS & CRM solutions, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft, SAP or infor
Strong verbal, written, presentation, & interpersonal communication skills
Sales Skills proficiency in Griffin Hill/Miller-Heiman or equivalent is preferred
Undergraduate degree in quantitative or technical studies (Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.) or equivalent work experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
