About this role:
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated VP Health Policy and Market Access, which is a United States remote position. Specific job responsibilities include:
In concert with the EVP of Health Policy and Market Access, lead the United States reimbursement strategy for existing and future products and services.
Develop, socialize and gain support for reimbursement, policy, coverage, contracting and market access strategies.
Prioritize, manage and ensure the execution of payer related initiatives and strategies.
Manage payer relations staff load balancing and incentive programs.
Develop payer relations staff capabilities, leadership attributes and succession planning.
Establish and lead development of automated staff productivity metrics,
Manage relationships with Sales Area Vice Presidents and coordinate regional payer related strategies to support sales efforts.
Develop and participate in improving relationships with specialty societies, industry associations Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and Medicare Administrative Contractors.
Hire, recruit and train high performing professionals in the health policy, market access and reimbursement space who fit the iRhythm culture.
With team, serve as an internal resource for the communication and management of payer related issues.
Be a strong liaison between customers, field sales, executive team, and other stakeholders.
Critically evaluate payer/healthcare information gathered from multiple sources (i.e. Payers websites, payer bulletins, social media updates, government announcements, other internal teams).
Proactively research, gather, and analyze Payer changes in US Healthcare market and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders; and create and execute solutions where applicable.
Using strong analytical thinking skills, critically evaluate gathered information and provide insights in a timely fashion to help realize the payer changes that will impact our business
Work with clinical team and other key stakeholders to define clinical study needs to achieve continue reimbursement coverage for iRhythm products and services.
About you:
You are an VP Health Policy and Market Access with;
Masters in Business, Health Administration or Science, or more than 10 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated aptitude for recruiting, hiring, managing and developing high performing professional staff who possess a high degree of subject matter expertise.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity and understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding.
Strong ability to use critical thinking skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiology and electrophysiology.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
