Pharmaceutical Clinical Services Company is looking for:

POSITION:? Sr. CRO Client Development Manager

LOCATION: Position is Remote ? Home Based ? anywhere with a major airport

SALARY:? $100-130K + Bonus + Commissions

DEGREE:?? Required

EXPERIENCE:? 3-5+ Years Experience selling clinical services to pharmaceutical companies

TRAVEL:? Maybe up to 20-25%

The Sr. Leader for Pharma Services is responsible for driving the acquisition and growth of new clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology market place in areas of Clinical Services, Bioanalytical Services, and PV. You provide comparator sourcing subject matter expertise and sourcing solutions to support important drug development for companies around the world. As a leader you identify and nurture high probability clients and specific opportunities, assess the viability of potential projects, develop ethically competitive selling tactics and strategies that win new business and provide a platform for building long-term mutually beneficial customer-supplier relationships.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Drive year over year sales growth within a specifically identified territory and according to the Annual Operating plan.

Lead, develop innovative end-to-end sourcing solutions and strategies to mostly new and emerging clients, while meeting revenue objectives

Act as Subject Matter Expert to support sales team. Advice and support sourcing strategy with timely and accurate information around logistical systems and project milestones.

Gain market share with current customers

Maintain accurate and updated Blue Sheets for key clients

Drive turnaround time for client quotations

Ensure customer satisfaction as internal client liaison

Consistent collaboration with global sales organization

Team with Contract Managers to support necessary Confidentiality and Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements and Technical agreements

Attend/present at industry trade shows, exhibitions, workshops and seminars

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA or equivalent in business or the sciences

3-5 years of related clinical project services sales experience with CRO services experience a major plus.

Clinical trials and/or materials management knowledge a big plus.

Demonstrated competency with software tools used for internal and external communications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS PowerPoint, SalesForce.com, or other CRM software.

Previous sales experience

Communication and presentation skills

Negotiation and problem solving skills


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
