Policy and Regulatory Specialist

Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Policy & Regulatory Specialist! This position will be be remote!

Full Time/Direct Hire!

As a Policy and Regulatory Specialist you will:?

?assist and support effective quality assurance and clinical programs, especially related to clinical functions?

?promote commitment to the corporate and subsidiary standards, policies, and procedures?

?assist in the monitoring and the establishment of procedures to reduce identified problem areas?

?assist in educating employees regarding the corporate commitment to all laws, regulations, and guidelines of the company, state, and federal programs?

?assist in the standardization of effective and appropriate clinical practices?

Requirements of Qualified Candidates:?

??Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in nursing?

?Masters? degree preferred?

?Minimum of 5 years of experienced in health care with demonstrated competence in quality improvement/home health processes, and clinical education/training.?

?Proven proficiency and knowledge of regulations governing the practice of home health.?

?Communication and writing skills required.

??Ability to analyze and synthesize materials related to regulations and applicability in the home care arena.?

?Word processing and related computer skills required.?

?Current state license for nursing.?

?Has sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of work hours?

?Ability to travel to all business locations as needed (up to 35% travel)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
