What you will be doing
HID is a dynamic and fast paced organization, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value. Working as an Area Sales Manager for Iberia, the main task is to manage all assigned accounts in your territory and achieving growth targets. You will also be responsible in supporting and assisting HID end users and key consultants in identifying the correct products for their applications. You will be adept in identifying new sales opportunities to increase market share in an established market. The individual chosen for this role will have strong telephone sales experience and techniques, along with strong "outside the box thinking" with the ability to effectively negotiate and communicate with their team and customers.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a person with proven sales experience ideally in RFID / Physical Access Control solutions, which would be a distinct advantage. Our ideal candidate will have proven successful experiences in this Industry and knowledge of the Access Control Iberian market and Distribution Channels.
Each day will be different and there will be multiple projects on going which makes for a fast-paced and dynamic working environment. The main focus for the role is spent on building and maintaining relationships, especially where helping, not pressuring, others foster the relationship in a consultative manner. Adherence to established guidelines and procedures is important as it is to involve others in the decision-making as there is a need to build consensus rather than make decisions alone. There will be many different people to meet and work with therefore the ideal person we are seeking will be friendly and have a genuine interest in business.
Business fluency in Spanish and English (written & verbal) is a requirement. (French at a good level is valued for the development of the position). Working knowledge of Salesforce and similar systems is also a distinct advantage. This is a home office based role with up to 70% travel (incl. International travel) and field work required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
