Cord Blood Specialist - Los Angeles, CA

The Cord Blood Specialist is responsible for Evercord specific sales activities to drive market adoption and business growth.
Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in the Mandarin speaking market place.
Promote Evercord in OB offices and gain commitment to be first choice of cord blood banks.
Actively recruit OB offices who will allow patient educational seminars on site.
Conduct in office seminars on Evercord services and enroll patients.
Work with inside sales to follow up on leads and assist in sales process.
Support US Clinical Field Specialist and Region Directors in identifying and converting competitive top cord blood and tissue advocates.
Support US Clinical Field Specialist and Region Directors in developing and conducting successful patient program events.
Identify additional business opportunities that will increase Evercord patient outreach and sales.
This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job
Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire.
Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements.
Employee must pass post offer criminal background check.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years physician sales experience in Cord Blood and Tissue Sales.
Background in medical or biological sciences (clinical diagnostics preferred).
Market knowledge and experience selling to OB/GYN or MFM strongly preferred.
Required to be fluent in Mandarin.
Proficient when discussing the advances in cord blood stem cells and Evercord's competitive advantage in the market place.
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.
Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunity required.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; Gmail; Sales Force.com.
Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on closing business.
Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals, staff members and field sales team with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful.
Confident in ability to provide record breaking cord blood gr owth, create and implement successful sales strategies and desire to play a critical role in the success of the organizations Evercord sales.
Frequent travel is required to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings
Must have a valid driver's license
May be required to work periodically on holidays, weekends and nights.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
