What does a great Channel Sales Executive do?
Exciting entry level position in sales and marketing with an opportunity to grow into an expanded sales and/or marketing role. While initial focus is on supporting sales and marketing activities, this role will be involved and exposed to a wide variety of experience and responsibilities throughout the company. This position is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to learn and grow in the sales and marketing areas within the company.
Overall Responsibility:
Assist and support Sales Executive/sales and marketing teams
Lead/Prospect Qualification
Assist with existing customer add-on business
Market research and feedback to sales and marketing teams
Lead analysis
Order processing, data gathering and metrics analysis
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
First contact with new leads with focus on 24 hour SLA
Phone and e-mail prospecting and lead qualification
Fulfill existing customer Add-on sales
Participate in new sales order activities
CRM follow-up activities
Assist Sales Manager and Sales Executive with daily administrative tasks and management of key data and metrics and process improvement initiatives
Concentration on Service Revenue and Add on Product Services with prospects and/or customers
Update data/reports in eCRM
Participate in lead generation activities
Assist with Market and Competitive analysis

Job Requirements:
Complete training on Nautilus software, eCRM and related internal applications
Focus on enhancing knowledge about company, industry and competition
Weekly/Monthly reports to Sales Manager
Participation in sales meetings, campaigns, webinars, demos, etc.
Logging all activities in eCRM
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Preferred knowledge of Nautilus and or Hyland OnBase
Minimum Associates Degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or customer service
Fast learner and quick to adapt to industry standards and effectively apply information
Ability to quickly and accurately learn new software and techniques
Travel up to 35%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
