IT Business Consultant

Position Purpose:
This is the ideal opportunity for someone who sees their future career path moving forward into Project Management with a focus on Card Implementations. As a Project Analyst in our DNA Card Services Implementation Group, you will get the opportunity to coordinate and Implement a variety of Card Services products. We seek your highly honed attention to detail, coordination and organizational skills to keep our projects moving forward and allowing us to meet our client commitments.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the department manager and or supervisor, manage and deliver tasks by completing project milestones within the project/task timeline.
Complete card services implementation tasks not limited to, installation, setup, vendor certification and updates for ATM/Debit and Credit Cards, Shared Branch and other ancillary interfaces for Fiserv DNA Card Service Implementation.
Oversee modifications made to system parameters within client's test and production databases in preparation for live card services event.
Work with project milestones or with the other Fiserv assigned tasks to assure that all applications interact according to specifications not limited to ATM/Debit and Credit Cards, Shared Branch and other ancillary interfaces for Fiserv DNA Card Service Implementation.
Ability to write and or apply scripts via SQL to analyze financial data.
Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
Adhere to company Service Level Agreement guidelines.
Performs other duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree desirable.
Job Related Experience:
3-5 years of software application project management experience within the debit/credit payments processing industry
Strong understanding of Fiserv/ DNA products preferred
Experience in card payment services and related products, as well as the overall card industry, including competition and financial institutions.
Highly collaborative work style with the ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships
Demonstrated experience in a highly consultative, solution-oriented environment.
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent professional written, verbal and presentation skills.
Mastery of SQL and Oracle, Microsoft Office tools
Strong research and problem-solving skills.
Able to effectively interact with different sized clients along with all levels of client and Fiserv staff.

Travel Required:
Percentage/frequency of travel -10%



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
