Summary:

An Administrator of Sapphire Health Services is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility.
This position will foster an environment where staff is supported, engaged and motivated to deliver the highest level of care to our residents.
A Skilled Nursing Home Administrator will oversee the implementation of policies and ensure the facility remains compliant with state, federal and local agencies.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates leadership and establishes a positive culture of employee engagement Oversee and delegate responsibilities to appropriate personnel/departments The Administrator will partner with the DON to achieve census expectations Ensure facility maintenance is managed and sustained Overall management of facility budget, including training for department heads as needed Follow Sapphire policies and procedures Attend meetings as required including daily Stand-up meeting Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
Current Nursing Home Administrator License in the State of practice
