Job Description:

The Programmatic Media Trader is an integral member of our programmatic advertising team.
They focus on executing, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns for clients in the healthcare sector.
With a deep understanding of media buying strategies and programmatic technologies, this role requires a blend of analytical prowess and creative problem-solving.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media plans across multiple platforms in line with client objectives.
  • Aid in the development of programmatic media strategies, upgrade campaign policies and consult with stakeholders on programmatic best practices.
  • Assist with media planning to identify target audiences and craft creative and effective campaigns
  • Provide ongoing training to new team members and be a resource to internal and external clients.
  • Extract and analyze data from programmatic buying platforms to generate insightful client reports, identifying both real-time and long-term optimization opportunities.
  • Establish and grow relationships as a key point of contact among media partners and internal teams.
  • Implement tailored programmatic buying strategies, with a focus on healthcare markets, to maximize campaign performance and client ROI.
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup, manage tags, ensure brand safety, and address any performance or pacing issues.
  • Advance expertise in the digital display ecosystem and programmatic media landscape to improve campaign strategies and execution.
  • Maintain current knowledge and expert understanding of DSP platforms, leveraging this expertise to support and educate both clients and internal teams.
  • Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams
  • Embrace new opportunities to learn more about and test new automated buying approaches, platforms, technologies, and creatives
  • Guide tracking tag setup and management alongside Data, Analytics & Insights, and Tracking teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to share programmatic insights that can be leveraged across paid search, paid social and SEO efforts
  • Connect with both internal and client creative teams to provide performance insights and recommendations on campaign assets
  • Share programmatic knowledge with and provide mentorship to Managers & Specialists to foster their growth
  • Negotiate and implement direct and private marketplace deals with select media partners
  • Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights.
