Position
Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients.
The front desk receptionist is responsible for registering patients for their appointments, verifying patient demographics, collecting co-payments, and answering phones calls.
Principle
Responsibilities:
Greet patients as they check in for their appointments.
Verify patients' information and insurance coverage to determine the information is correct, make necessary changes as required for their service or procedure.
Updates patient information, as received.
Balance cash drawer at end of day Complete special project that may arise.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
