As the Director of Performance Marketing at NinjaOne, you will own and scale NinjaOne's global paid efforts.
You will lead an amazing paid inbound team and oversee sophisticated paid search and paid social programs that exceed most B2B companies.

We need a leader who will mentor and back up the team with extensive paid search and paid social knowledge.

Budget management with accurate pacing and predictionMaintain and optimize ROI for scalable paid campaigns.
Level up our creatives and landing pages for better conversion rate with joint efforts from the PMM teamFast-learner of product knowledge to oversee keyword negations.
Day-to-day monitoring and adjustment of the campaign based on performance.
Oversee the day-to-day planning, execution, reporting, and analysis of large-scale, data-driven paid search and paid social advertising campaigns.
Work closely with the web team and operations team and be proactive with reporting any active or potential bugs with our landing pages and forms.
Stay current with the latest paid search, paid social and display industry technology, trends, best practices, and advancements.
About YouAt least 8 years of experience leading performance marketing, at least 4 years working in B2B companies, and at least 4 years of team management.
Proven track record of managing advertising budgets exceeding $5M per quarter.
Unmatched hands-on expertise and domain knowledge in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, encompassing both the technical and content aspects is a must.
Unparalleled domain expertise in GA, GA4, and performance trackingExceptional leadership and project management skills with strong attention to detailFamiliarity with combating seasonality in advertising campaignsA Bachelors degree is mandatory.
