Position Overview Verra Mobility's Mesa office is hiring a Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and executing b-b marketing and communication projects and campaigns for products, services and brand in our Commercial Services business unit. Working cross-functionally, you will own the planning, management, execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns. You will play an integral role in the overall direction and fruition of creative ideas, benchmarking performance of all campaigns, effectively utilizing marketing analytics and ultimately driving the initiatives responsible for attracting potential customers as well as retaining existing ones and accelerating awareness of the brand within specific segments. Essential Responsibilities Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key channel partners Creation and development of marketing materials specific to campaigns or events. Leverage knowledge about online and offline channels to ensure campaign plans are thorough, integrated, and best positioned for success. Brand and product storytelling with the ability to craft sales and marketing presentations that align to messaging Develop solution content, messaging and sales enablement materials throughout the product lifecycle including sales presentations, videos, sell sheets, white papers, presentations and digital assets Copywriting and editing. Creative copywriting. Content creation. Content management including website, digital and print. White papers. Assist in the creation of sales, reporting and event presentations Event management and coordination; including researching appropriate events, recommendations and logistical management Advertising coordination; including coordination of creative asset development, deadline management, budgeting. Create, maintain, and implement content marketing plan and calendar Management of promotional materials including design and inventory. Promote business unit and product awareness through industry involvement, publications, interviews and speaking opportunities. Produce reporting on key marketing activity performance Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging both internally and externally Qualifications Minimum 5 years
experience in marketing with an emphasis on B-B campaign and brand development Campaign and detailed project management with regular reporting Demonstrable experience in writing and crafting messages for specific audience types Excellent project management and communication (written and verbal) skills Excellent understanding of how all current traditional and digital marketing channels function Strong understanding of integrated marketing utilizing both traditional and digital marketing tactics Experience with marketing database management and maintenance Highly creative with demonstrable experience leading creative projects with a team and agency partners Working knowledge of design principles, best practices, and content management platforms Knowledgeable with digital tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Social Media Platforms, Paid Media Looking for the right candidate in either PST or MST! Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
