We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Director of Executive Compensation.



Responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of the organization's executive compensation, incentive, and equity programs, with a focus on Compensation Committee related deliverables. Direct the administration of executive compensation programs including long-term incentive and equity programs. Partner to work with senior leaders to align executive compensation strategy and programs to support the organization's business objectives while meeting all legal and governance requirements. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks including leading and directing the work of others.



  • Support the design, recommendation and management of executive compensation, incentive, retention, recognition, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans, balancing the ability to attract and retain talent while meeting the organization's strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Partner with external consulting firm to administer the annual compensation review for top executives, including market pricing all roles, discussion of performance and pay recommendations with leaders, and presentation of recommendations.
  • Responsible for the production and quality of all materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including partnering and influencing a cross-functional team (Finance, Legal, People &a; Culture) in support of the preparation and timely review of materials with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee the effectiveness and execution of equity programs and associated policies/plans.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance and Legal on accounting, compliance and regulatory aspects of executive compensation programs and vesting/payout events.
  • Support M&a;A activities as it relates to acquired executives, including but not limited to assessing and recommending potential changes in executive pay for acquired executives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert to both senior leaders and operations leaders throughout the organization. Partner with People &a; Culture leadership and People &a; Culture Business Partners on ad hoc requests to address specific business issues related to executive compensation.
  • Lead key Total Rewards projects and initiatives in support of the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Document and maintain procedures and guidelines for executive compensation processes.
  • Develop communications, tools, and training to enhance understanding of the company's executive compensation philosophy and programs.
  • Evaluate, create, and revise internal processes and programs to create efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal government regulations, FLSA, etc.
  • Provide customer service and white-glove support to executives.
  • Manage the performance of assigned staff, setting expectations, goals, and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze complex data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Education/Experience


  • Bachelor&s;s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
  • At least 10
    years' executive compensation experience required, for-profit setting a plus.

Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:


  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook and HRMS are required.
  • Individual must have above average Excel skills including the ability to create complex VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements. Experience creating Macros is a plus
  • Experience creating and editing graphics using Visio preferred.
  • Oracle Enterprise, Oracle Cloud and UltiPro experience a plus.

Certificates and Licenses (if applicable)


  • CCP or PHR professional designations highly preferred

Salary:
$12.75 - $18.47Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
