As an FM Tech Integrations &a; Ops Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work closely with fellow employees to understand our client&s;s needs, gather requirements, help facilitate solutions, and responsible for consulting with various key stakeholders.
This role will be assigned to a specific client account that role will support.
n Work with Client key stakeholders to gather business requirements and create an approved execution plann Create a requirement traceability matrixn Author business and technical requirement documentsn Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved proceduresn Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modificationsn Conduct and coordinate financial, product, and operational research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the clientn Develop and refine internal process improvements with suggested solutionsn Explain requirements to Developersn Conducting user acceptance testsn Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and proceduresn n Skills &a; Qualifications :
Bachelor&s;s degree preferredn Experience with IoT, Smart Building Technology, Building Management/automation systems, CMMS/Asset Management Systemsn Experience with infrastructure servers, switches, desktops, phones, security, and audio/visualn Agile / iterative project delivery experience preferredn Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbaln Strong ability to interact with onsite contacts at a management leveln High level of understanding of the Information Technology fieldn Ability to interact with Client internal teams, vendors, providers, and contractorsn Ability to organize, plan and carry out complex assignmentsn Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines and firm schedulesn Effective problem solving and negotiating skillsn Strong skills utilizing Microsoft Office Products, SQL, MS PowerBI, Tableun An additional requirement for this role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols including COVID-19 proof of vaccination when required.
