The Engineering team includes Data, IT, Security, and Software, and is responsible for building innovative products and infrastructure for Brex and our customers. You will be supporting the various IT needs of Brex employees across all departments and teams. Primarily, your role will be to support initiatives on the IT team to mature the processes in the IT Operations team. You should be able to manage multiple IT projects with stakeholders in and out of the IT department. You will give excellent customer service by utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Looks for ways to solve problems through technology first Ability to define metrics and drive team improvements through a data driven mindset Ability to manage IT projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to balance multiple active projects with competing priorities Propose, plan, and lead strategic initiatives within the department Strong Apple support background Windows support background. Requirements:
3-5
years of experience supporting a high volume IT environment Apple support experience Desire to learn new technologies and skills Conference room troubleshooting experience Ability to handle support tickets in line with SLAs Ability to work in office as needed. Bonus points:
Experience with Data analytics Corporate IT experience AV support experience for large events and corporate offices.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
