Through Rupa, practitioners can order testing not available through the average hospital, such as DNA testing, microbiome testing, advanced fertility and hormone testing, and more. The Role You'll be joining the operations team as one of the first business technology automations analysts at Rupa Health, and will be responsible for building out business automations that tie critical business systems together. Specifically you will:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner for the business teams and own automation projects end to end from inception to completion. - Perform detailed business analysis to formulate business requirements and identify, investigate and recommend innovative technology capabilities supporting Rupa's business objectives - Regularly audit and provide guidance to Biz organization on:
automation opportunities; areas of improvement - Drive the planning process in partnership with business stakeholders, build a roadmap and deliver on the commitments - Work with the development team to ensure the design and development of technology solutions fulfills all business requirements, achieves desired business objectives and goals. - Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement. years of experience as a business analyst supporting Business functions. - 2
years of experience with business systems such as Hubspot, Intercom, Salesforce, Rippling, or similar. - Skilled in problem solving, dealing with ambiguity, cross team collaboration and a passion for operations. - Self-motivated and comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously. - Experience performing project management function and delivering projects in a fast paced work environment. Bonus Points for Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Segment, UiPath, etc. Candidates with varying backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
